asquared events announces the launch of its premier full-service event marketing & entertainment production company located on the South’s Gulf Coast. Working in the business and private sectors, asquared events provides premier production services to visiting corporations and brand presence support in the region. The company will also work with non-profit organizations and the private sector to provide fundraising development services and planning for social events.
asquared events will work with business clients in the areas of marketing and production consultation, community programming, corporate conference planning and convention event production, concert production, and local market accessibility through brand representation and events.

asquared events’ principals are production executives, Adam Shiland and Abby Jordison. Shiland and Jordison worked in the area most recently as event producers for The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.
The team was responsible for the development and execution of community programming for The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a trendsetting and tremendously successful model for other commercial and tourism developments on the Gulf Coast.
They will continue to produce events for the organization under the auspices of their newly-formed company asquared events.

As Director of Special Events & Entertainment for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Adam Shiland was responsible for event programming and execution for the internationally-renown property. Prior to working with Sandestin, Shiland worked with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002, NBC’s hit television drama The West Wing & John Wells’ Productions in Los Angeles and City Stages Music Festival in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Abby Jordison served as an Event Coordinator for the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort focusing her efforts on special events at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Prior to working with Sandestin, Jordison produced political fundraisers and was an Event Manager with Innova Ideas & Services where she was the lead on a multi-day destination event in Las Vegas for the International Home Builders Association Conference. She graduated from Iowa State University where she was an Officer of the Collegiate Panhellenic Council.
